Easy, One-Dish Pasta

Preparation and Cooking: twenty minutes

Serves: 6 hearty portions

1 lb. penne pasta

1 onion, chopped

2 teaspoons essential olive oil

2 medium zucchini

1 lb. hamburger or poultry

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon tulsi

1 cup sour cream, any kind   2 tbsps separated

pepper and salt to taste

Prepare pasta based on package directions.

In skillet with lid, begin sauteing onion in essential olive oil on medium warmth. Chop zucchini and increase onion. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes until onion is soft and zucchini vibrant eco-friendly.

Add hamburger or poultry, oregano, tulsi, pepper and salt. Cover and prepare until meat is browned. Take in grease with paper towel when needed. Stir from time to time.

When pasta is completed, drain and increase serving dish. Toss with 2 tbsps sour cream to avoid adhering.

When meat is fully cooked, add sour cream. Stir well and let reduce slightly for just two minutes. Prepare uncovered. Add in with pasta.

Serve Immediately.
